- Description
- Len Murray, TUC General Secretary, is asking union members to boycott matches during the forthcoming British tour of the South African rugby team. The TUC is helping the development of Black trade unionism in South Africa. Murray feels the visit will encourage supporters of apartheid, and could jeopardize Britain’s future chances of participating in international sporting events.
