- Description
- Demonstrations against the 50,000 Iranians in the USA have died down. US Ambassador Donald McHenry has said this does not mean the people do not still have strong feelings. But Iranians continue to pay the price; there have been two cases of Iranians being fired from their jobs because of their nationality. Iranian businesses have suffered from vandalism and a drop in sales. Some Iranians have lied about their nationality. Attorney General Benjamin Civiletti has warned against harming Iranians’ human rights. Male American reporter not identified.
