Basil Cracknell, author of Portrait of London River, talks about Thames bridges through history. Gillian Thomas of the Colour Design Unit at the GLC, on the painting programme for all the bridges. Assistant Engineering Attendant and Bridgemaster, Keith Bywater, provides a tour and talks about the inner workings of Tower Bridge.
