Decision Makers, presented by Peter Spencer. On the 75th Anniversary of the Territorial Army, Decision Makers asks, are they professionals and is the training enough for recruits to keep up with the regular army? A TA unit is followed through its training, and the commanding officer, Colonel Jack Jones, explains the methods used in training, and the willingness of the soldiers to go to war if needed.
