- Report on the growing concern over use of drugs to control mentally ill or out of control children in care. Includes interviews with psychiatrist Dr Colin Brewer who believes drugs are used excessively; Eric Taylor, a lecturer in child psychology agrees, having completed research into the effects of drugs on children, he believes drugs should be used as a last resort, and only then on children with schizophrenia. Some of the children on the recieving end of the medication are spoken to about their experiences. Male reporter not identified.
