Description

Report on the thirteenth murder by serial killer, the so-called Yorkshire Ripper. Peter Deeley reports from the scene of the murder near Leeds where student Jacqueline Hill’s body was discovered. Includes interview with Andre Proctor, fellow female student The murderer was later identified as Peter Sutcliffe. From a series of news clips from the 1980s used in a retrospective compilation at the end of the decade. The newsreader is Douglas Cameron.
