Address by US President Ronald Reagan to both Houses of Parliament during his Presidential visit to the UK as part of a tour, in which he calls for support of the campaign for democracy in Poland and other countries across the world, and a crusade against the evils of totalitarianism and the communist regime of the Soviet Union. Also on the need for nuclear arms control and strengthening of NATO, and calling for the withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Lebanon. With reply by Speaker George Thomas.
