Dickie Arbiter reports from the Mansion House in London on coverage of the tenth anniversary celebrations of Independent Local Radio. Includes speeches by Lord George Thomson, Chairman of the Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA); John Thompson, Director of the IBA; Lord Mayor of London, Sir Anthony Jolliffe; Prince Charles (Prince of Wales). The male reporter heard at the end of the clip is not identified (poss. Dan Damon). Followed by trailer (with Gill Pyrah), and advertisements, then what appears to be part of another speech by an unidentified male (unclear whether this should form part of the previous, main item, or not, so has been retained by audio editor).
