- It is possible that the ‘Arch’ referred to in the Topical Budget issue books was in fact ‘Albert H. Arch,' who later joined Revelation Films as a producer: Cine Technician, December 1936-January 1937, p.119.
Career
The Topical Budget issue books refer to a freelance cameraman named ‘Arch’ who provided film of the Boat Race for No.501-1 in March 1921, and of the Cup Final for No.504-2 in April 1921. He may have been Bill Arch, a cameraman who worked for British and Colonial until 1914, when he left to join the Magnet Film Company.
