New Decade Films Ltd is first credited as production company of an issue of the Portrait series, ‘A HELICOPTER NAVIGATOR’, released in 1964, a series produced by the Central Office of Information (COI) [qv] for the Foreign Office and Commonwealth Relations Office [qv]. In the late 1960s they made a couple of issues of the COI science series Frontier, ‘MICROMINITURISATION’, Frontier (Colour series) No.2 and ‘RADIO ISOTOPES’, Frontier (Colour series) No.3.
