Career
Bob Paynter was an employee of British Transport Films [qv] when he filmed Cinegazettes No. 12 and No.14. Whilst there, he also filmed ‘TERMINUS’ (1961) and ‘ELIZABETHAN EXPRESS’ (1954).
Paynter went on to have a successful feature film career as a cinematographer. His movie credits include, ‘SUPERMAN II’ (1980), ‘THRILLER’ (1983) and ‘LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS’ (1986).
