Career

Graham Woodford was a producer for the ‘New Commonwealth’ versions of London Line (1964-1979), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv]. These editions were shown in countries which had recently joined the Commonwealth, primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. He is credited in one of the earlier issues, ‘Oceanology - Cammell Laird’ London Line No.230, released in 1969. From 1971 he also seems to have regularly produced issues of This Week In Britain, his earliest credit being ‘JACKIE STEWART’, This Week In Britain No.668.
