Tony Thomson was a producer for London Line (1964-1979), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information (COI) [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv] and shown primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. One of his earliest credits is for ‘Study Of Moon Dust’ London Line No.282, released in 1970. He also produced several issues of a couple of COI magazine series, This Week In Britain (1959-1980) and the science magazine series Living Tomorrow (1969-1983) and Tomorrow Today (1969-1974). He produced the first edition of both series ‘HOLIDAY SKIMMER’ Living Tomorrow and Tomorrow Today No.1, released in 1969 and one of his earliest credits for This Week In Britain is ‘LIVING WITH AIRCRAFT’, This Week In Britain No.723, released in 1972.
