Eric Halliday was a regular director for London Line (Colour Series 2), a series made by the Central Office of Information (COI) [qv] for the Commonwealth Affairs Office [qv] and Foreign Office [qv] and distributed primarily to Canada, Australia and the United States. His earliest credit was for ‘Meet The Trilec - Electric Tricycle’, London Line (Colour Series 2) No.28, released in 1968. From 1970 he regularly directed issues of another COI series, This Week In Britain (1959-1979), his earliest credit being ‘NATIONAL THEATRE’, This Week In Britain No.615, released in 1970.
