Frances Tucker was one of the presenters of the ‘New Commonwealth’ versions of London Line, a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv]. These editions were shown in countries which had recently joined the Commonwealth, primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. She appeared in one of the earlier issues, ‘Draft Master Machine’, London Line No.203 released in 1968.
