Pat Phillips was a director for London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv] and shown primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. One of his/her earliest credits is for ‘African Encyclopedia’ London Line No.534, released in 1976.
