Vernon Layton was the cameraman for ‘FRANCIS LEE’, the thirteenth programme in a magazine series The Pacemakers produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv]. He went on to film many feature films including ‘McVicar’ (1980).
