Eric Thiper worked as a cutter for Kinocrat Films Ltd [qv] which made several issues of Looking At Britain, a black and white series of films produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Colonial Office [qv]. One of his earliest credits is for ‘OCEAN GATEWAY’, Looking At Britain No.31, released in 1962.
