Patrick Keatley worked for the Manchester Guardian and occasionally presented the magazine series Viewpoint, produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Commonwealth Relations Office [qv]. His only existing credit is for ‘NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER’, Viewpoint No.10, made by Independent Television News [qv] for broadcast in Canada in 1958.
