Tom Orchard worked for many years with the March of Time in New York. However, he is credited as having directed just three stories, ‘FATHER COUGHLIN’ in The March of Time 1st Year No.3 of 1935, ‘SANTO DOMINGO’ in The March of Time 2nd Year No.2 of January 1936, and ‘INSIDE NAZI GERMANY’ in The March of Time 3rd Year No.12 of 1938.
