Career
Moser was born in Welshpool, Wales. He was a regional cameraman with the Pathe Gazette, based in the north-west and supplying stories from Manchester, Liverpool, Wales, and Ireland. His credits begin with ‘LIVERPOOL POLICE SPORTS’ in Pathe Gazette No.G1305 of June 1926. He was a typical local correspondent, and regularly covered the Derby, the Whit-Monday procession in Manchester, the Liverpool students’ rag, etc. Moser’s last credit is for ‘ZEEBRUGGE DAY CELEBRATED IN LIVERPOOL AND ZEEBRUGGE’ in Pathe Super Sound Gazette No.38/34 of April 1938. He died at Bellmont Hospital, Liverpool in 1948.
