Porter is credited as soundman for two stories in British Paramount News, ‘UNO TRIES AGAIN, OPENS NEW SESSION’ in No.2296 of March 1953, and ‘FOLKS, THEY’RE HERE: MARTIN AND LEWIS SAIL TO BRITAIN’ in No.2324 of June 1953. Both of these stories were provided by the American Paramount company, so it is likely that Porter was a member of their staff.
