- History
- Eclair Journal was a silent newsreel which was launched in March 1913, but which failed during the First World War, probably in 1917. For a period during 1916 it was sharing stories with Topical Budget, but the reasons for this arrangement are not known. It was the British off-shoot of the French parent company Eclair.
