- Description
- Crocheter Tiana from London and ceramic artist Pip from Lancashire are both hoping Dom and his team of mentors can help them turn their talent into profitable businesses. With a love of colourful fashion and a passion for accessories, Tiana has been running her own crochet business for several years. However, sales have slumped, and she wants to find out where she’s going wrong. Mentor Jeanette Sloan thinks Tiana has a strong sense of identity, but her pricing is a problem. Will Jeannette’s advice help kick-start Tiana’s business? Pip, who is a potter, feels she’s facing the last roll of the dice to create a successful ceramics business. Mentor Stuart believes she has the skills but needs to find the confidence to sell her work fast. Each maker is given eight weeks to put their mentors’ advice into practice, but do they have what it takes to build sustainable businesses?
