Synopsis
The story behind the preservation of the Rose Theatre, over which the Rose Court office development is built. It reveals the problems that were caused after the remains of the Shakespearean theatre were found and details how Costain Construction, together with the developers and English Heritage, drew up new plans for the Rose Court development which would ensure the preservation of the old theatre.
