- Synopsis
- In 1990, the Mabou Mines theatre group worked to perform an abridged version of King Lear directed by Lee Breuer featuring gender-reversed roles and set in 1950s America. The film follows the director Lee Breuer and cast as they prepare for the production at Theatrical Outfit, Atlanta. The six-hour documentary was edited from over 100 hours of footage.
