- Synopsis
- A series of short programmes transmitted as part of the BBC WINDRUSH season made to mark 50 years since the Windrush ship brought black immigrants to Britain. Black people who broke down barriers for others speak of their experiences. In this episode Edric Connor speaks of being the first black actor employed by the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1958.
