- Synopsis
- Television programme for the deaf. Includes a five-minute item reporting on a production of Titus Andronicus at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton, staged by a deaf and hearing cast. Brief interview with director Lawrence Till, other production staff, and actresses Paula Garfield (wholly deaf) and Julie Finlay (partially deaf), plus scenes from the play in rehearsals. The programme commentary is given in subtitles and voice-over, with British Sign Language from the presenters.
