General
The cast is largely the same as appeared in the musical Anything Goes which was in the NT repertory at the time. This was the last play Nunn directed as the Director of the National Theatre. The doubling of the roles of Katherine/Maria was played by Jane Fowler and Mary Stockley. Which actress played the roles in this recording has not been ascertained.
