- Synopsis
- Last episode of a five-part schools programme series that attempts to make Shakespeare accessible to children by having well-known actors comment on and perform key scenes from Shakespeare’s plays which are placed in a twentieth-century setting. This episode focuses on Macbeth, Act I, scene vii. Set in a post-holocaust world, where society has collapsed and warring factions battle for power, Louise Lombard as Lady Macbeth persuades Macbeth (John Gordon Sinclair) to murder Duncan.
