Notes

General
Northern Broadsides is a small touring company, founded 1992 and led by its founder and artistic director, Barrie Rutter. Based in Halifax, West Yorkshire the company produces largely Shakespeare and classical texts and speaks the lines in the vernacular and cadences of northern England. Its productions are often staged in unusual locations - the Tower of London, cattle markets, churches, indoor riding stables and Victorian mills.
