A documentary on the genesis and premiere of Robert Wilson’s HAMLET: A MONOLOGUE which opened at the Alley Theatre, Houston, Texas in May 1995. Includes interviews with Wilson and also the script adapter, composer, and costume and set designers. There are scenes from the production and brief extracts from other Wilson works including When We Dead Awaken, The Death of King Lear, and Danton’s Death.
