Shakespeare in...and out
- Synopsis
- Feature film. Rich Longfellow (Shank) is a young aspiring actor who dreams of playing Hamlet. He moves from a small town in Ohio to Los Angeles, certain that he will star in major motion pictures before making his way to England to perform Shakespeare at Shakespeare’s Globe. In the meantime, his physical attributes secure him a job in porn films. He begins a series of low-budget videos and soon moves up to feature-length porn films. Eventually, he realises that he is not achieving his Shakespearean ambitions so he leaves the industry to establish ‘Shakespeare For Seniors’, a volunteer group performing Hamlet on a tour of convalescent homes in the San Fernando Valley.
