Shogun Macbeth
- Synopsis
- A Japanese adaptation by John R. Briggs videotaped at the Playhouse 46. The costumes are those of a samurai army, the witches wear Kabuki make-up, and the set is dominated by a large, sculptured Buddha. There are many textual cuts and a framing device of a blind storyteller.
