Synopsis
Television documentary shown in the PBS children’s series about artistic creation. Julie Taymor shares a live theatrical production with a young audience, emphasising imagination in the preparation of her stage production of The Tempest. She presents examples of the costumes, sets, lighting, sound, and the interaction between the director and the actors to convey the emotions of the characters. Packaged as a teaching aid for middle school students of theatre education. Hosted by illusionists Penn and Teller.
