Tallowed Image/Room and Bard, The

Synopsis
US television romantic fantasy drama series consisting of several different stories each week played out against a common background - a remote island resort, where each visitor could have one life-long dream come true. Many of the stories involved glamour and excitement. There was sometimes an element of danger, or a twist of fate, but everything always worked out for the best. Overseeing the two or three dramas each week were the island owner, the suave and mysterious Mr. Roarke, and his midget helper Tattoo (replaced in 1983 by Lawrence). In ROOM AND BARD an actress comes to the Island to appear in a Shakespeare play.
