A show, written, staged and presented by Tim Heath, to celebrate the centenary of Verdi’s death, discussing the meeting of the ghosts of Verdi and Shakespeare. Includes excerpts from Macbeth, Otello and Falstaff. Part drama, part educational talk and part a vocal concert. With Zara Ballara (soprano), Peter Barber (baritone), John D’Ancona (tenor) and Patrizia Dina (mezzo-sporano). Recorded in the British Library Auditorium (London).
