- A special Christmas episode in the American radio drama series unconventionally casting Holmes as a well-intentioned bumbler and Watson as a genius. In this episode Holmes joins Watson and his wife in a Scottish castle where Macbeth once slept. Holmes turns to the opium as soon a she arrives and imagines he encounters three weird sisters. They predict Holmes will meet Macbeth.
