Notes

General
The Workshop’s budget came from the Foundation grants, with additional funds raised through sponsorships of individual episodes, usually divided among several corporate underwriters (called "subscribers"). In the case of the ‘Henry V’ fragment, this particular episode was underwritten by Scott (paper products), Greyhound (bus lines), Remington (shaving & hair products), Willys Overland Motor, Inc. (of ‘Jeep’ fame), and the American Machine and Foundry Co.
