Romeo & Juliet & Dick

Alternative title
Romeo and Juliet and Dick
Synopsis
US sitcom about a ‘family’ of four extraterrestrials who land on Earth to observe human beings, while pretending (often awkwardly) to be humans. In this episode Tommy asks Dick to direct his high school production of Romeo and Juliet but Dick takes his role too seriously. The episode also includes a reference to Hamlet - "Hamlet? The story is as old as time. Pretty boy son has a rich daddy and a good-looking mommy. The uncle knocks off daddy, marries mommy and he cuts pretty boy out of the action. So junior goes crazy and he kills them all. Not a pretty strory ... but there it is". [With acknowledgment to Zoran Sinobad, Library of Congress, for the Hamlet reference].
