Synopsis
Radio crime drama series featuring the character Simon Templar created by Leslie Charteris. The title of the episode is quoted by Templar (Price) when explaining to the taxi driver and friend why they are driving to a casino. Templar wants to know why another friend Theodore (played by Jack Moyles) has been hired to play the tuba at the casino when he scarcely knows how. Templar says ‘of course, you remember his famous soliloquy...the one that begins tuba, or not tuba, that is the question’.
