Radio adaptation by Carl Ritchie of Hugh C. Evans’ 1966 production for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Drastically cut to 24 minutes the version omits the fairies and the Athens aristocracy and concentrates on the mechanicals. Angus L. Bowmer is host.
