- Synopsis
- US variety show. An item features Kaye and Jose Ferrer in a musical revue entitled ‘To be or not to be’ that might have resulted had Shakespeare written Hamlet for television. Ferrer is Hamlet and Kaye plays both Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. The lyrics make reference to other Shakespeare plays, and the three witches in Macbeth make a brief appearance as a female chorus between the two acts.
