Synopsis
Comedy short. Imagines what writing Elizabethan comedy would have been like if Shakespeare was the head writer in a big television network producing sitcoms and dealing with demanding divas, pestering producers and looming deadlines. William Shakespeare and his staff of writers, welcome the first actress to the previously all-male company of Lord Chamberlain’s Men, during rehearsals for A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
