Rockin’ Romeo & Juliet
- Synopsis
- Low-budget independent musical based on the stage show. The all-original music by the band OGGI ranges from modern rock to Medieval-style chorale music and songs with the influence of the Far East. The choreography and acting style is influenced by Japanese Kabuki theatre and Bunraku puppetry, using traditional swordsmanship and the martial arts combined with traditional European drama and mime. Romeo is played as a contemporary rock star wooing Juliet with song.
