- Synopsis
- Documentary. The Compagnie du Cedar, in an attempt to make Shakespeare better known, commissions a play about the dramatist. An entire valley becomes fully involved in the project and helps to finance and build a theatre modelled on Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, The village stages the play in the newly-built theatre where it played for six weeks to full houses.
