That Boy Joe

Synopsis
Documentary about juvenile deliquency (smoking and drinking) in small town America. Towards the end of the film, after showing the delinquent (Joe) a chart of the human brain (and stating the damage alcohol can do to it) the Judge presiding over his case launches into Polonius advice to Laertes (1, iii) beginning at l547 ‘be thou familiar but by no means vulgar’ to ‘thou canst not then be false to any man’ but leaves out several lines in the recitation. Joe faces him across a desk looking utterly bewildered.
