- Synopsis
- Arts anthology series presented by Melvyn Bragg. A record of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s regional tour in 1979. Follows the Company on tour from Redruth in Cornwall to Stirling in Scotland with productions of Twelfth Night and Chekov’s The Three Sisters. Ian McKellen and Trevor Nunn talk about acting and directing for small scale venues. McKellen played the role of Sir Toby Belch.
