Blood, Sweat and Tears

Synopsis
A spinoff of Crime Scene Investigations set in New York City. When a 16-year-old contortionist is found dead and stuffed into a small box washed ashore on a Coney Island beach, Mac and Stella question the victim’s family and their rivals - trapeze artists who compete for attention as the circus’ main act. This episode references Romeo and Juliet several times in that the circus performers show is an aerial adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. Off-stage the teenagers are in love but their families don’t get on. The couple make a suicide pact but one survives.
