According to the programme information, this encompasses "Romeo wooing Juliet in Chinese, German, Arabic, Hungarian and English; the murder scene from Othello as it is played in Delhi can be compared with a performance from Tokyo; and Lady Macbeth will pursue her wicked course in Polish, Hebrew, Telegu and Greek" (p.12). With music by Duke Ellington. Narrated by Rolf Lefebre.
